The National Office of External Affairs of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia wishes to explore the possibility of establishing a closer alliance between our institutions through Erasmus+ projects.
In 155 years of history, the Universidad Nacional de Colombia has established itself as the most representative public higher education institution in the country and one of the best in Latin America (according to the QS World University Ranking, our University is number 243 in the world and number 10 in Latin America).
The University has nine campuses that represent the country's regional, social, and cultural complexity and which account for 21 colleges, 73 departments, 29 schools, 60 research centers and institutes, 13 museums, 5 astronomical observatories, and one music conservatory. The University offers 102 undergraduate programs and 366 graduate programs.
In recent years, the University has signed more than 40 Erasmus+ agreements with universities in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Iceland, Poland, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. One of our objectives is to continue expanding the participation of the University in Erasmus+ projects that strengthen the cooperation with European institutions, promote inclusive and diversified academic mobility, and encourage cultural exchange and good practices between institutions.
